The other three, a 2-year-old daughter in a stroller, a 31-year-old male, and a second 27-year-old lady, were taken to Gulf Coast Medical Center in Fort Myers after suffering significant injuries.
Troopers tracked Joseph to his nearby residence later that morning, arresting him without incident. He faces charges of DUI manslaughter, DUI with serious bodily injury, and leaving the scene of a crash involving death.
