His brother, Daryle Chaney, and parents, Richard Chaney and Rita Parker, also passed away before him. His son, Charles Chaney; daughter, Charity Chaney; brother, Joe Chaney; niece, Ashley Chaney; nephew, Richard Chaney; and a number of grandkids survive him.
