The driver of the Mercedes, a 24-year-old man, was arrested on suspicion of DUI. But CHP investigators say the Mercedes driver wasn’t the one who caused the crash. The fault belongs to the Expedition driver, who ignored the red light. Both cars were badly damaged. The Mercedes ended up in the center divider. No one else was hurt.
