Lubbock Metropolitan Special Crimes Unit detectives responded to the 2100 block of North Avenue J around 2:40 a.m. following reports of a suicide. Officers found both men suffering from gunshot wounds. Christopher Robertson was pronounced dead at the scene, while Riley Moorhead was transported to University Medical Center, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
