It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Rebecca “Becky” Ramos, a cherished resident of American Falls, Idaho, who left this world peacefully on February 2, 2026, at the age of 52. Born on May 22, 1973, in Weslaco, Texas, Becky brought a vibrant spirit to every life she touched, radiating kindness and generosity that endeared her to family and friends alike.
Becky’s journey from her Texas roots to becoming a beloved figure in American Falls exemplified her adaptable and nurturing nature, building a rich family life surrounded by those she held dearest. She embraced the quieter rhythms of Idaho living, finding joy in simple pleasures that strengthened her bonds with loved ones.
She delighted in coloring alongside her grandchildren, piecing together puzzles that mirrored her patient approach to life, and taking scenic drives that offered peaceful reflection. These hobbies revealed a woman deeply attuned to family, valuing connection and the small joys that made everyday experiences meaningful.
Becky is survived by her devoted children, Juan Rodolfo Ramos “J.R.,” Ecriselda Jay Ramos, Lleana Nieto, and Jessika Adriana Morales, as well as her adoring grandchildren: Rafael Nieto, Julian Nieto, Yvette Nieto, Enzo Nieto, Aubree Faith Miller, Gabriel Noah Miller, Dominick Adiel Miller, Paisleigh Dawn Ramos, Elida Araceli Almazan, and Santiago Almazan.
She also leaves behind her parents, Juan and Norma Loredo; siblings Brenda Nieto and Leticia Loredo; and an extended family including nieces, a nephew, and sons-in-law who cherished her role as a loving mother and devoted grandmother. Her legacy of familial devotion continues through these cherished relationships.
A Celebration of Life service honored Becky on February 6, 2026, at Davis-Rose Funeral Home in American Falls, providing a space for family and friends to gather and share stories of her enduring light. In this time of transition, a memorial fund has been established to assist with funeral costs and support ongoing family needs, reflecting the community’s desire to extend the same generosity Becky embodied throughout her years.
