A fatal multi‑vehicle collision on Friday night claimed the lives of three women along Route 367 near Haviland Drive, a location in north St. Louis County just north of Chambers Road, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Troopers confirmed the crash occurred when a southbound vehicle initiated a chain‑reaction impact that sent one car into oncoming traffic.
Investigators reported that a 2013 Cadillac SRX traveling southbound sideswiped a 2020 Lexus RX‑350, causing the Lexus to lose control. The force of the sideswipe pushed the Lexus across the center line and into the northbound lanes, where it collided with a 2013 Toyota Highlander.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol stated that all three vehicles sustained catastrophic damage consistent with high‑speed impact dynamics. The Lexus, after being forced into opposing traffic, was struck head‑on by the Highlander, resulting in fatal injuries to all occupants involved.
Emergency responders arrived quickly, but all three women were pronounced dead at the scene, with no survivors reported among the drivers or passengers of the involved vehicles. Troopers documented extensive roadway debris and vehicle displacement across both directions of Route 367.
Authorities later identified the victims as 18‑year‑old Jordyn, 28‑year‑old Andrea Medina, and 53‑year‑old Cherese Fisher, confirming that each woman had been the sole occupant of her respective vehicle at the time of the crash. Their identities were released following next‑of‑kin notification.
